I have molded a clay around the quartz to suspend it from an ion plated chain. The iron plated chain is a product of developed by NASA that is 8 to 10 times stronger than other plating. I am plating is water resistant and tarnish resistant and will not turn your skin green. The chain is called mother and son and it is a large and sturdy beautiful chain With a hook and eye clasp. This piece looks beautiful on and could be worn facing either direction.
